Your expiry date is printed on your card. All cards expire 3 years from date of issue. A new card will be sent to you before your card expires.

You can use your card in New Zealand at any EFTPOS machine or at any ATM displaying the Westpac or SBS Bank logo.You can also use it as official ID at over 1,500 Finance Now retailers.
You can make payments by internet banking or visit any Westpac bank branch. Remember to take our bank account number: 03-0931-0358991-00 and use your account number in the reference field. You cannot make payments directly into your Finance Now Card.
A minimum payment of 3% of your balance or $20 is required – whatever amount is greatest.
Although funds have been paid into your account, funds still need time to be cleared. The average clearance period for funds to clear is 3-4 working days. Once they have cleared you can use your card.
No. Finance Now cards can only be used throughout New Zealand but not overseas.
Your credit limit is assessed based on your current financial situation (existing income and any exposure to debt). Your Card limit will be reassessed at the time of Card activation and will be based on your updated credit position.
